Documents for INI-CET seat allocation: the checklist

Last updated · Reviewed by Dr. Rajiv Marechal
Based on AIIMS New Delhi’s July 2026 result notifications, the January 2027 prospectus and each institute’s July 2026 Part-B prospectus (listed under Sources). Check the documents for your session the day they appear: cut-off dates change every session.

INI-CET does not check your papers before the exam. It checks them when you report to a seat, and a seat can be cancelled at that point. Reporting deadlines are short: in July 2026 there were six days between the Round 1 result and the last time to report. So get every paper into the right form before the result, and keep the originals and one set of self-attested copies together for the whole season.

Only a few certificates are uploaded with the application. Everything else is checked at reporting.

3. PwBD candidates

Every PwBD candidate who gets a seat reports with the original PwBD certificate to the Registrar’s office at AIIMS New Delhi, on the date the round result gives, for a check by AIIMS’s medical board. In July 2026 that was 25 June for Round 1 and 22 August for the Open Round. If the certificate is not valid, the PwBD seat is forfeited and you go on in your own category.

4. Extra papers, institute by institute
