1. MCC8 Jul 2026

   Submission of Annexure A for Refund of Security Deposit – PG 2025

   PG 2025 candidates whose security deposit refund failed must email MCC a notarised Annexure A affidavit before the refund can be processed.

   Issued by the Directorate General of Health Services, Kartavya Bhavan, New Delhi-110001, dated 08.07.2026. Candidates must submit "Annexure A to initiate the refund process", completed as "an affidavit duly notarized on Court stamp paper", emailed to adgme@nic.in and financemcc@lifecarehll.com. "Incomplete or incorrectly submitted documents may result in delays." Refunds apply where the candidate reported to the allotted college after Round 2 or exercised free exit in Round 1. A list of affected candidates with roll numbers and the reason each refund failed (mainly closed accounts and returned NEFT transfers) is appended. Concerns the PG 2025 counselling cycle, not NEET-PG 2026.

   Public Notice for eligibility of NRI candidature for Academic Year 2026-27

   If you plan to claim an NRI seat in 2026-27 counselling, check now that your relationship and documents match MCC's definition, which it has restated.

   The notice (ref U-11011/07/2025-MEC), based on the Supreme Court judgment in Anshul Tomar vs. State of M.P., W.P. No. 13393 of 2007, states NRI-quota eligibility requires either a parent or a first-degree relative (sibling, uncle or aunt, grandparent, or first cousin) who is an NRI ordinarily residing abroad, or sponsorship by the nearest blood relative who holds NRI status, ordinarily resides abroad and is the candidate's legal guardian under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. Candidates must submit "evidential proof/legal document" establishing bona fide guardian status during counselling. The notice states it applies to UG and PG counselling for Academic Year 2026-27.

   Conduct of NEET-PG 2026 examination for the affected candidates of iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura 1 and 2 centres, Jaipur

   Follow-up to the 30-08 notice fixing the Jaipur re-exam at 03:00 PM to 06:30 PM on 05-09-2026, with revised admit cards released 03-09-2026.

   The notice states: "NEET-PG 2026 examination for the affected candidates shall be conducted on 05-09-2026 (Saturday) at Jaipur from 03:00 PM to 06:30 PM. The revised Admit Cards mentioning the exam venue of the examination shall be made available to the concerned candidates on 03-09-2026." It adds: "Candidates must report at the Reporting Counter of the Test Centre at 01:00 PM. The entry gate will close at 02:30 PM." Applies only to candidates affected at those two centres.    Conduct of NEET PG re-examination for the affected candidates at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres (TC no. 41682 and 41683)

   A power failure at two Jaipur centres stopped the exam for the candidates seated there; NBEMS set their re-examination for 05-09-2026 at 03:00 PM in Jaipur.

   The notice states: "The NEET-PG 2026 examination was conducted for 2,73,096 registered candidates on 30.08.2026, in which 2,65,980 candidates appeared at 1111 centres across the country. The examination was completed for around 2,63,535 candidates." It states that at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres (TC no. 41682 and 41683), Jaipur, Rajasthan, "the examination could not be completed due to internal power failure issues at the centre, attributed to M/s TCS ltd., the exam conducting agency." "Their re-examination will be conducted on 05.09.2026 (Saturday), 03:00 PM at Jaipur, Rajasthan." Archive item: that date has passed.

   Test day advisory for NEET-PG 2026 candidates

   Exam-day advisory for the 30-08-2026 NEET-PG sitting: report at 07:00 AM, gates close 08:30 AM, and a full list of prohibited items.

   The notice states NBEMS conducted NEET-PG 2026 on 30-08-2026 in a single shift from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM at test centres across the country, and that "Candidates must report at the Reporting Counter of the Test Centre at 07:00 AM. The entry gate will close at 08:30 AM." It sets out frisking with HHMD at entry and prohibits stationery, all electronics, jewellery, food and drink, wallets, keys and masks; candidates carrying medicines or medical devices must bring supporting medical documents. 6. NBEMS24 Aug 2026

   Revised date of release of Admit card for NEET-PG 2026

   NBEMS moved the NEET-PG 2026 admit card release to 25-08-2026 and reconfirmed the exam on 30-08-2026, 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

   The notice states the Test City Intimation was issued on 11.08.2026 and the admit card date was revised from 27.08.2026 to 24.08.2026, then again: "the Admit Cards shall now be released on 25.08.2026 instead of 24.08.2026", citing modifications relating to Assam and Meghalaya. It reconfirms: "NEET-PG 2026 shall be conducted on 30.08.2026 (Sunday) from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM in a single shift through a Computer Based Examination (CBT) mode."
