INI-CET stipend, bond and seat-leaving penalty, institute by institute (January 2027)
Figures as of January 2027, from each institute’s prospectus and AIIMS New Delhi’s result notices. The source is under each figure. FindMyBranch is not part of AIIMS.
Stipend is the money you are paid every month during PG. You get it because, while you study, you also work in the hospital as a junior resident doctor.
A bond is a promise you sign when you take the seat. If you break it, you pay the sum it names. Some institutes ask for a service contract or agreement instead: you are on contract for the course, and leaving early costs the penalty it names. The penalty for leaving is what an institute charges if you leave the seat once you have taken it.
This page puts what we have on record for the INI-CET institutes in one place: the stipend at 23 institutes, a bond or service contract at 23 and the penalty for leaving at 23. Where an institute is missing, we have no figure for it yet.

Before you join. Printed in the July 2026 result notices, for every institute: failing to join a first-round seat or the upgraded seat leads to a penalty of ₹3.00 Lakh; a candidate who deposits ₹3 Lakh DD instead of original certificates forfeits it if the originals are not submitted within 5 days; failing to report and join an open-round seat forfeits the ₹3 Lakh deposited. This is the July 2026 round rule; AIIMS publishes the January 2027 round rules with seat allocation.
