Reserved categories in July 2026
- OBC: 9 institutes had an OBC closing rank; best 249, middle 1,454, last 2,516.
- EWS: 4 institutes had an EWS closing rank; best 957, middle 992, last 1,941.
- SC: 3 institutes had an SC closing rank; best 1,382, middle 3,823, last 4,033.
- ST: 3 institutes had an ST closing rank; best 13,063, middle 13,260, last 21,736.
Some institutes had reserved seats only in Radiation Oncology in July 2026, with no open (UR) seat, so the counts above can be higher than the rows in the table.
