A closing rank is the rank of the last person who got a seat. This page shows the 2025 figure for each college and branch in Assam’s state counselling, for the open seats (stray rounds left out). It records what happened last year. It is not a promise for this year. Every number is an AIR (All India Rank).
Assam’s state quota is half of the PG seats in its government medical colleges and B. Borooah Cancer Institute. Built from DME Assam’s select lists for 2021 (Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-Up), 2022 (Rounds 1 and 2), 2023 (Rounds 1 and 2, the list after Round 3, and the stray round), 2024 (Rounds 1 to 3, the stray round and the special stray round) and 2025 (Rounds 1 to 3 and the stray round). The 2021 to 2023 lists print the All India Rank; the 2024 and 2025 lists do not, so each rank comes from DME Assam’s own state merit list for that year (the NEET-PG rank in 2024, the publish rank in 2025), matched by NEET roll number and name. Candidates with incentive marks (in-service), PwD and North-Eastern Council seats, and state health quota seats are left out. Nothing here is guessed.

- At government colleges: ₹55,200 · ₹56,925 · ₹58,650 a month (three figures = first, second and third year)
- 15% hike from 01-04-2024; the central institutes (LGBRIMH, BBCI) pay about ₹1.05–1.12 L.
