What can you get at NEET-PG rank 5,000?
Source: MCC official allotment results, 2025 (Round 1, Round 2 and Round 3).
This page looks at MCC counselling in 2025. For each branch, it counts the college courses whose final closing rank (the rank of the last person who got that seat) for the open category (UR) was 5,000 or later. That means an open-category candidate at All India Rank (AIR) 5,000 would have been in range for them.
In short: at AIR 5,000, 2,360 All India Quota college courses (2,360 of them at government colleges) and 3,598 DNB courses across 32 branches closed at or after your rank in 2025. The most options were in Anaesthesiology, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Please note. These are open-category (UR) figures only, from 2025 final closing ranks (Round 1, 2 and 3; stray rounds left out). Reserved categories (OBC, EWS, SC, ST) usually reach further. A past closing rank is not a promise for this year. The exact list for your category and rank is in the free NEET-PG college predictor and the full report.
